Faithful Worldwide Refund & Exchange Policy

At Faithful Worldwide, we value your support and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help!

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Refunds

  • We do not offer full refunds but can provide a refund in the form of store credit, which can be used toward any future purchase.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at faithful.ww@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange.
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
  3. After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll issue your store credit or process the exchange.

Please note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
