Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-volume periods, sales, drops, or pre-orders, processing times may be extended. Any extended timelines will be clearly stated on the product page or at checkout.

  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Timeframes

  • Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.

  • Shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. Faithful Worldwide is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.


Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items

  • Pre-order or made-to-order items have longer fulfillment times, which are listed on the product page.

  • By purchasing a pre-order item, you acknowledge and agree to the stated production and shipping timeline.

  • Pre-order items may ship separately from in-stock items.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and selected shipping method.

  • Free shipping promotions apply only when stated and may be limited to domestic orders.


Address Accuracy

  • Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • Faithful Worldwide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, Faithful Worldwide is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • For carrier delays or tracking issues, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking number.


Returned to Sender

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to retrieve the package, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


International Shipping

  • International shipping times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.

  • Faithful Worldwide is not responsible for international delays due to customs processing.


Tracking Information

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

  • Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update after shipment.
